PAMI extends pharmacy agreement and introduces digital medication dispensing
PAMI has renewed its agreement with pharmaceutical entities, extending the medication dispensing convention until March 31, 2028. This agreement aims to ensure continuous access to treatments across the participating pharmacy network.
The update introduces a gradual transition toward digital processes. Affiliates will eventually be able to collect medications by presenting only their DNI and a digital credential with a token via the Mi PAMI application, reducing the need for paper forms.
Administrative changes include the digitalization of documentation and the progressive replacement of physical stamps and handwritten signatures with electronic validation and certification systems. To enhance oversight, the new scheme incorporates stricter controls, such as digital certification from pharmacy technical directors and the cross-referencing of PAMI records with electronic tax receipts.
