Pamporovo ski resort announces 5% lift pass price increase
Pamporovo AD has announced that lift pass prices for the upcoming ski season are expected to increase by approximately 5-6% due to rising operational costs. Stefan Prisadov, the company's executive director, confirmed that 'Select' lift passes, which do not require a fixed date, are now available for purchase.
Preferential pricing for 'Select' passes remains available until November 15. Until that date, a daily adult pass costs 50 euros, a child pass (ages 7-11) costs 31 euros, and a rate of 42 euros applies to youths (ages 12-21) and seniors over 65. Seasonal passes are also available.
Infrastructure improvements include the launch of a new 4-seater lift connecting 'Studenets' to 'Malina'. The resort anticipates visitors from Bulgaria as well as international groups from Ireland, the United Kingdom, Greece, Romania, Serbia, North Macedonia, Turkey, and Israel. The official start of the season will depend on weather conditions and artificial snow production capabilities.
