Pan American Energy and SIPGER agree to local hiring in Santa Cruz

The SIPGER union and Pan American Energy (PAE) have reached an agreement ensuring that an upcoming investment plan will be executed using local oil workers from Santa Cruz. The agreement was signed in Buenos Aires following months of conflict regarding the hiring of local personnel.

The investment program involves the drilling of 280 wells, including exploratory and unconventional wells. This initiative is expected to expand activity, incorporate new reserves, and explore potential areas operated by PAE, thereby creating job opportunities for residents of the province.
