Panagyurishte hosts major taekwondo demonstration

The city of Panagyurishte hosted a major taekwondo demonstration organized by the ‘Odin’ and ‘Taekwondo Fitness NSA’ clubs. The event featured high-level martial arts performances, including board and brick breaking, and specialized demonstrations such as splitting an apple placed on a samurai sword.

Notable participants included European champion Spasiana Grigorova and European vice-champion Nikol Chorbanova. The demonstration team from ‘Taekwondo Fitness NSA’, led by Dimitar Avramov, also performed, drawing on the expertise of members who previously reached the finals of ‘Bulgaria’s Got Talent’.

Panagyurishte Mayor Zhelyazko Gagov, a former ITF taekwondo competitor, participated in the event by breaking several boards. The evening concluded with a friendly match between the two participating clubs.
