Panama U-15 Men's team takes second in Mexico international tournament

The Panama U-15 Men's National Team finished in second place at an international tournament held at the Mexican Football Federation's High Performance Center in Mexico City. The event served as preparation for the FIFA U-15 World Cup and Festival scheduled for October 2026 in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Under the technical direction of coach César Aguilar, the Panamanian squad recorded two victories and one defeat. Panama lost its opening match against host Mexico with a score of 0-3. They followed this with a 2-1 victory over the Houston Dynamo from the United States, and concluded the tournament with a 2-1 win against Peru.

Senior national team player Adalberto Carrasquilla attended the match against Houston Dynamo to support the youth players. The tournament standings concluded with Mexico in first place, Panama in second, Peru in third, and Houston Dynamo in fourth.
