Panamanian national missing in Russia for three months

The family of José Julián Marshall Rodríguez, a Panamanian national, is urgently requesting assistance from the Panamanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to locate him after three months of silence. Marshall Rodríguez traveled to Russia following a job offer that reportedly included a $10,000 bonus and a $3,000 monthly salary.

His family last had contact with him when he informed them that he would be unable to write for a period because he was being sent on a mission. His relatives are seeking administrative intervention with both Russian and Panamanian authorities to determine his status and facilitate his repatriation to Panama.
