Panathinaikos denies interest in Hearts midfielder Tomas Bent Magnusson

Reports from British journalist Pete O'Rourke suggested that Panathinaikos is interested in signing 23-year-old Icelandic midfielder Tomas Bent Magnusson from Hearts FC before the summer transfer window closes on August 31. The reports highlighted Magnusson's recent performance, including a notable goal against Benfica, and noted interest from several other European clubs.

However, Panathinaikos has officially denied these rumors, stating that the player is not a current transfer target for the club. The Greek side aims to avoid prolonged transfer speculation as they continue to search for a top-tier central midfielder.
