Panathinaikos FC to vote on relocating corporate headquarters
Panathinaikos FC has called for an Extraordinary General Assembly of shareholders to be held on October 29, 2026. The primary agenda item is the relocation of the company's registered headquarters from the Municipality of Vrilissia to the Municipality of Athens.
This move is part of a broader plan to relocate the club's offices to a new building complex in Votanikos, situated near the site of the club's new stadium currently under construction. The relocation of offices is expected to be completed by the end of October. The change of headquarters requires shareholder approval and will necessitate an amendment to Article 3 of the company's statutes.
In the event that a quorum is not reached during the initial meeting, a repeat General Assembly is scheduled for November 6, 2026.
