Panathinaikos football academy unveils new organizational chart

Panathinaikos announced the structure of its football academy for the upcoming season, highlighting the first year of a new development plan. Deputy President and strategic advisor Takis Fysas called the achievements a "significant first step," noting the U17 team's championship win and participation in 33 domestic and international tournaments.

The club emphasized modernization across coaching, scientific support, organization and player services, crediting President Giannis Alafouzos for backing the plan and technical director Theodoros Eleftheriadis for daily implementation. Coordination with the senior team continues under technical director Stefano Kotsolis, reinforced by the recent appointment of Zekob Nistrup to the first‑team technical staff.
