Panathinaikos hires Dimitris Goumas as senior aide to technical director Stefanos Kotzolis

Panathinaikos announced that former club academy graduate Dimitris Goumas has rejoined the organization as an immediate collaborator of new technical director Stefanos Kotzolis. Goumas returns after a decade away, taking responsibility for scouting coordination, player‑evaluation support and daily operations of the football department.

He brings extensive experience from roles at Aspire Academy, the Qatar Olympic team, and clubs such as Hapoel Tel Aviv, Rio Ave and Ajax, and he served four years on the Greece men’s national team staff. Goumas holds a UEFA A licence and a degree in Sport and Physical Education from Cardiff Metropolitan University, with a postgraduate focus on performance analysis.
