Panathinaikos player Sotiris Kontouris scores in Greek Cup victory

Panathinaikos midfielder Sotiris Kontouris scored the opening goal in a victory against Aris during the third matchday of the Greek Cup League Phase. Kontouris capitalized on a pass from Louza in the 10th minute to score after a feint against the goalkeeper.

Following the goal, Kontouris performed a celebration forming the letter ‘M’ with his hands, which he later explained was dedicated to his girlfriend as a gesture of thanks for her support. The player also addressed the team's rotation and a minor injury sustained during the match, noting he received an elbow but required only ice.
