Panathinaikos signs Silven Francisko to three‑year contract without NBA out clause

French guard Silven Francisko has agreed to a three‑year deal with Greek basketball club Panathinaikos, reportedly worth about €3.5 million per season. The agreement was brokered by club president Dimitris Giannakopoulos, who arranged a payment of roughly €1‑1.2 million to Villerban to secure the consent of former Panathinaikos player Parker for the transfer.

The contract explicitly does not contain an NBA‑out clause, meaning Francisko cannot leave for the NBA during its term. To introduce him to fans, the EuroLeague posted a nine‑minute highlight video of his performances with Žalgiris, showcasing his versatile skill set and outlining the impact expected for the upcoming season.
