Panathinaikos summoned by DEAB over fan violence in Volos

The Greek Sports Disciplinary Committee (DEAB) has summoned Panathinaikos to a hearing on November 3, 2026, following reports of a ‘serious phenomenon of violence’ involving its supporters. The incident allegedly occurred in the vicinity of the Panthessaliko Stadium prior to the Stoiximan Super League match between Volos and Panathinaikos on October 25, 2026.

In addition to the Panathinaikos summons, DEAB has called for hearings regarding other sporting incidents. Kyanos Aster Varis and Ethnikos Aster Kaisarianis 1927 are to be heard on November 3 regarding player and official altercations during a Gamma Ethniki match. Furthermore, the coach and club of Asteras Tripolis B are summoned for November 4 due to alleged misconduct and provocation during a match against Panthrakikos.
