Panathinaikos unveils €550,000 high‑tech bus for team travel

Greek football club Panathinaikos presented a brand‑new team bus, a Volvo B13R Irizar i8 model that represents the latest in European coach technology. The two‑deck vehicle is fitted with luxury leather‑upholstered, reclining seats, Wi‑Fi, USB ports, individual power outlets, on‑board microwaves, coffee makers and three refrigerators, as well as three interior screens and exterior spotlights. Its exterior displays the club’s emblem, the Parthenon and the goddess Athena, while the interior features green lighting and the embroidered club anthem line “Σύλλογος Μεγάλος”.

The bus cost approximately €550,000 and is intended to provide optimal comfort and connectivity for players and technical staff on domestic and international trips, reinforcing Panathinaikos’ investment in modern infrastructure.
