Panattoni and Kombud announce new industrial and infrastructure projects in Poland

Panattoni has commenced construction of a new production facility for Atlas Copco Group in Okmiany, Lower Silesia. The build-to-suit project will cover approximately 5,600 square meters and is designed to include production areas, a warehouse, office and social spaces, and a specialized repair and service zone.

Atlas Copco Group plans to begin operations at the new location in the second quarter of 2027. The facility aims to strengthen the company's production and service capabilities within the Polish market.

Separately, Zakłady Automatyki Kombud has signed an agreement to handle the design, production, and installation of railway traffic control (SRK) systems for the modernization of the Warszawa Wschodnia station. The project involves integrating new systems with existing infrastructure to manage long-distance, regional, and suburban traffic, with the goal of increasing safety and capacity at the major transport hub.
