Panattoni expands industrial footprint in Łódź, creating 300+ jobs

Panattoni is expanding its industrial and logistics presence in Łódź, Poland, through several new projects that are expected to create over 300 new jobs.

ZREW Transformatory plans to establish approximately 200 positions for engineers, technicians, and specialists at a new factory. Additionally, Polska Grupa Ceramiczna (PGC) intends to hire around 100 people at the upcoming City Logistics Łódź V facility on Lodowa Street, while Zadbano expects to add 45 new employees.

The developer is also repurposing post-industrial sites, including the construction of a logistics park exceeding 42,700 square meters on the former ABB factory grounds. This project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027.
