Panattoni expands logistics warehouse capacity in Poland

Panattoni is increasing its modern logistics footprint in western Poland. Harden Construction began work on the Panattoni Park Poznań East III project, a build‑to‑suit B2‑C warehouse of 46,000 m² designed for a leading food‑logistics operator. The facility will feature temperature‑controlled zones (2‑4 °C for chilled goods and 16‑18 °C elsewhere), a dedicated refrigeration system, and sustainable features such as BREEAM‑Excellent certification, waste‑heat recovery and provisions for photovoltaic panels.

In parallel, Panattoni completed the first hall of its Panattoni Park Szczecin VII, a 25,000 m² building now occupied by two international logistics operators. Located in the Załom district, about 15 km from Szczecin’s centre and 150 km from Berlin, the new hall adds to Panattoni’s 880,000 m² of modern industrial space delivered in the West‑Pomeranian voivodeship. Both projects strengthen regional distribution capabilities for fresh, chilled and frozen food products and underscore ongoing growth in Poland’s logistics sector.
