Panattoni secures first tenant for Offenbach logistics park

Panattoni has secured its first lease for the Panattoni Park Offenbach before construction has even begun. GKN Driveline Deutschland will occupy more than 5,200 square meters of logistics, office, and mezzanine space, representing approximately half of the total 10,600 square meters available at the site.

The project is a brownfield development located on the site of a former paint factory in the Rhine-Main metropolitan region. Construction is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2026, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2027. GKN Driveline, a global provider of automotive drivetrain systems, intends to use the space starting in June 2027 for the storage of drive shafts for major automobile manufacturers.
