Real estate markets in Poland and Germany see major industrial and commercial deals
The commercial and industrial real estate sectors in Poland and Germany are seeing significant activity through major leasing and acquisition deals.
In Poland, Panattoni finalized the sale of the Panattoni Park Poznań A2 complex, a 150,000 m² industrial site in Robakowo. The facility is fully leased to a leading player in the apparel industry, serving as a critical European logistics hub. Meanwhile, in Warsaw, the Swedish group Eastnine completed the €240 million acquisition of The Bridge, a 55,300 m² office tower with a 98% occupancy rate.
Other regional developments include the sale of 18 hectares in Lulko for over 14.4 million PLN to build a 50,000 m² distribution center for the Dino retail chain. In Ełk, the Karuzela shopping park is expanding its footprint to over 26,000 m² following a lease agreement with HalfPrice. In Germany, Hippocampus GmbH signed a lease for approximately 16,700 m² of warehouse and office space at CTPark Solingen to consolidate its logistics operations.
Retail and urban developments are also progressing, including the opening of large-scale flagship stores in Warsaw’s Marszałkowska district and the commencement of a major renovation of the Market Square in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski.
