Špancirfest festival continues in Varaždin with diverse programming

The 28th edition of Špancirfest is currently underway in Varaždin, featuring approximately 600 programs across 23 festival zones. The event, which began on August 21 and runs through August 30, includes over 200 musical performances alongside street art, exhibitions, and workshops.

Key upcoming highlights include a performance by Zabranjeno pušenje on the PAN stage on Friday at 21:00. The weekend lineup features Doris Dragović at Vila Bedeković and Dubioza Kolektiv on Saturday, followed by a Beatles tribute band. The festival will conclude on Sunday with a performance by Silente and a program dedicated to Italian music.

In addition to music, the festival offers diverse activities such as STEM challenges, creative workshops for children, street performances, fire shows, and various markets throughout the historic city center.
