Panda Fest expands Asian food and culture festival to Seattle and Portland

Panda Fest, a national touring Asian food and culture festival, is expanding its presence with upcoming events in Seattle and Portland.

In Seattle, the festival will return to the Fisher Pavilion at Seattle Center from August 28–30, 2026. The event is expected to feature more than 60 food vendors and food trucks offering over 200 dishes from various cuisines, including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Vietnamese. The festival will also include a marketplace with over 20 vendors selling artisanal goods and live cultural performances.

In Portland, the festival will make its Oregon debut at Tom McCall Waterfront Park from September 11–13. The event will showcase a mix of local and national food purveyors, highlighting Asian street foods and viral culinary trends. Since its launch in 2024, Panda Fest has grown significantly, hosting 13 events across 11 cities and attracting over 500,000 attendees.
