PANDION AG files for insolvency for eleven project companies

PANDION AG, a Cologne-based real estate developer, is restructuring its project portfolio as part of an ongoing insolvency process. The company has filed for insolvency for eleven specific project companies, including PANDION Wolframstraße Stuttgart GmbH & Co. KG, Objekt Fischerhüttenstraße GmbH & Co. KG, and PANDION Silberburg Höfe Stuttgart GmbH & Co. KG.

The filings are a direct consequence of the liquidity shortages caused by the previously initiated insolvency proceedings under self-administration for PANDION AG and other subsidiaries. The company stated that the management is fulfilling its legal obligations due to the insolvency of these entities.

The restructuring aims to align the portfolio with economically viable structures. PANDION continues to hold discussions with banks, financing partners, and project participants to stabilize the group and ensure sustainable operations. A preliminary creditors' committee has been established to support the self-administration proceedings and represent creditor interests.
