Pandora names Paulo Garcia as new chief financial officer
Pandora announced that long‑time CFO Anders Boyer will retire on 30 November 2026 after more than 14 years in the role. He will be succeeded by Paulo Garcia, who will join the company on 1 October 2026 and assume the CFO position on 1 December 2026. Garcia, a Portuguese national, brings 25 years of senior finance experience, most recently as CFO of Walmart Mexico & Central America, and previously at Ahold Delhaize and Unilever. Board Chair Peter Ruzicka said the appointment follows robust succession planning, while CEO Berta de Pablos‑Barbier called Garcia the “ideal candidate” to strengthen Pandora’s financial performance. Garcia expressed enthusiasm for unlocking the next phase of growth for the world’s largest jewellery brand, citing its strong margins and cash generation.
