Pandora opens major jewellery factory in Vietnam

Pandora has inaugurated a new fine jewellery manufacturing facility in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, which the company describes as the largest of its kind in the world. The $150 million investment is intended to increase the Danish jewellery brand's total manufacturing capacity by 50%, with the ability to produce up to 60 million pieces annually.

The facility marks Pandora's first production site outside of Thailand and is expected to employ 7,000 people once fully operational. As part of its sustainability goals, the factory is designed to run entirely on renewable electricity. This follows the company's 2024 transition to using 100% recycled gold and silver in its production processes.

CEO Berta de Pablos-Barbier stated that the new site provides the flexibility to manufacture all collections and assortments using various materials and techniques. The company reported selling 112 million pieces in 2025.
