Panerai and Bell & Ross launch new GMT watches
Panerai unveiled the Submersible GMT PAM01495, a 47 mm titanium case produced with Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS). The watch offers 50 bar (≈500 m) water resistance, a three‑day power reserve and a GMT function with a patented polarized date. Its skeletonised automatic calibre P.4001/S contains 341 components and features a quick‑set GMT hand. Chief Marketing and Product Officer Alessandro Ficarelli highlighted the model’s lightweight construction and marine‑grade durability.
Bell & Ross introduced the limited‑edition BR‑03 GMT Green Lum, a 42 mm stainless‑steel case with a green‑to‑black dial treated with Super‑LumiNova C3. The watch provides up to ten hours of green luminescence, a 54‑hour power reserve, 100 m water resistance and a 24‑hour rotating ceramic bezel. Production is capped at 500 pieces and the price is AUD 7,700 (≈USD 5,000). The timepiece is assembled in La Chaux‑de‑Fonds, Switzerland.
