Panerai unveils new Luminor Tourbillon and heritage-inspired models

Panerai has introduced several new timepieces, including the high-complexity Luminor Tourbillon PAM01784 and a series of Luminor models revisiting 1990s designs.

The Luminor Tourbillon PAM01784 features a 47mm titanium case and the P. 2005/T hand-wound calibre. This movement includes a six-day tourbillon GMT function with a unique horizontal construction where the cage rotates every thirty seconds on an axis perpendicular to the balance to improve chronometric performance against gravity. The watch also incorporates blue Grade 5 titanium bridges and a domed sapphire crystal.

Additionally, the brand is releasing three new Luminor models—the PAM01710, PAM01711, and PAM01714—which adapt iconic 1990s design language into a more versatile 42mm case size. These models draw inspiration from historical references such as the Luminor Ref. 5218-201/A and the Marina Militare Ref. 5218-202/A, transitioning from the larger historical proportions to a more compact, geometric architecture.
