Panetolikos supporters protest local police actions in Agrinio

Organized supporters of the Panetolikos football club have issued a formal statement condemning local police in Agrinio. The group alleges that there has been a pattern of targeted harassment and continuous, baseless detentions of young fans.

The supporters claim these actions lack legal grounds and are specifically aimed at the club's fan base. They argue that the police are attempting to suppress the youth's ability to express their identity and passion for the team, including traditional activities like painting neighborhoods in the club's colors. The statement concludes by asserting that the city will remain loyal to the club's yellow and blue colors regardless of police intervention.
