Panettone Day 2026 crowns top artisanal winners in Milan

The Panettone Day 2026 competition has announced the winners of Italy’s top artisanal leavened products. Held at the Leonardo da Vinci National Museum of Science and Technology in Milan, the event featured a blind judging process led by Master Gino Fabbri.

Alessandro Botti of La Palma 1914 was awarded the title of Best Traditional Panettone. In the Creative Sweet Panettone category, Francesco Bertolini of Casa del Dolce Bertolini & Figli took first place. Magda Fasciglione of Pasticceria Asselle won the award for Chocolate Panettone.

The event, a collaboration between CSM Ingredients' Braims brand and Novacart, is considered one of the most prestigious competitions for artisanal panettone.
