Panhellenic Physiotherapists Association signs digital transformation pact
The Panhellenic Physiotherapists Association (P.S.F.) has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Greek Ministry of Digital Governance and Artificial Intelligence to initiate a digital transformation of the organization.
Signed by Minister Dimitris Papastergiou and P.S.F. President Petros Lymperidis, the agreement focuses on creating digital member identities, upgrading professional registries, and modernizing administrative functions. Key objectives include reducing bureaucracy, improving information access, and enhancing transparency. The initiative also aims to implement digital certification of professional status and the organized digital management of patient records to prevent professional impersonation.
A Monitoring and Coordination Committee will be established to oversee the progress of joint actions and prepare future steps. The Ministry will also explore providing technical or financial support for specific digital transformation projects within the Association.
