Paniternational Process Dynamics SRL files for insolvency

Paniternational Process Dynamics SRL, formerly known as Untold SRL, the company involved in organizing the Untold Festival, has filed for insolvency with the Cluj Specialized Tribunal.

The company reported cumulative losses of over 35.3 million lei between 2020 and 2025, with debts exceeding 37 million lei at the end of last year. The most significant single-year loss occurred in 2020, totaling approximately 10.4 million lei.

Paniternational Process Dynamics SRL is currently wholly owned by Untold Universe SA, which is managed by Sebastian Dorel Ferenț. The insolvency filing is subject to judicial review to determine if the company will undergo reorganization or bankruptcy.
