Panjab University LLB student allegedly dies by suicide in hostel

An LLB student at Panjab University allegedly died by suicide in a campus hostel, according to the Chandigarh Police. The deceased has been identified as Chatanniya Singh, a resident of Panipat, Haryana.

Singh was enrolled at the University Institute of Legal Studies (UILS). Police have initiated an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the death, and further details are currently awaited.
