Panoro Minerals reports copper and gold mineralization at Cotabambas

Panoro Minerals has reported significant copper and gold mineralization results from its Cotabambas project in the Apurímac region of Peru. Recent drilling from holes CB-229 and CB-230 has identified mineralization extending to depths of over 1,100 meters and across a strike of approximately 600 meters.

Drillhole CB-230 intersected 808.15 meters of mineralization, averaging 0.22% copper, 0.10 g/t gold, and 1.53 g/t silver. This included a high-grade zone of 156.50 meters averaging 0.38% copper, 0.22 g/t gold, and 2.95 g/t silver. Drillhole CB-229 intersected 303.30 meters of mineralization, averaging 0.14% copper, 0.13 g/t gold, and 1.30 g/t silver.

The company noted that the high-grade component shows vertical continuity from the surface to approximately 1,100 meters deep and remains open in several directions. While these results delineate the extent of mineralization, the company clarified that they do not constitute new mineral reserves or confirm the economic viability of future operations.
