Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 hub hosts massive housing expo and new bank facilities

Indonesia's Danantara Housing Expo 2026 was held at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) in Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 (PIK2) from 27‑30 August 2026. The expo displayed more than 200,000 residential units from state‑owned and private developers, aiming to support the government's 3 Million House programme. Visitors could explore project details, simulate financing, and place purchase expressions, with down‑payment options as low as 1 % and interest rates starting at 2.75 % for terms up to 30 years.

At the same time, PIK2’s central‑business‑district development progressed with the opening of a Bank Mandiri building and the imminent launch of a Bank BNI building. The NICE convention centre, opened in August 2025, has already hosted dozens of events, boosting traffic, commercial activity, and demand for property in the area. Together, the housing expo and expanded banking services underline the broader effort to create an integrated residential‑financial‑commercial ecosystem in the PIK2 district.
