Pantelimon to host cultural festival celebrating local history

The community of Pantelimon will host the “Pantelimon – Fest. Loc mic. Povești mari” event on September 26. Organized by the Constanța County Council through the “Teodor T. Burada” County Cultural Center in partnership with the Pantelimon Town Hall, the festival is part of the project “Ancestral crafts, historical recovery and economic revitalization – Pantelimon.”

The event features activities for children, including animation, puppet theater, face painting, and creative workshops led by experts from the “Teodor T. Burada” County Cultural Center and the National History and Archaeology Museum of Constanța.

A significant portion of the day will be dedicated to the presentation of the upcoming book “Milu – Dobrogea, o istorie așa cum a fost” by Dan Cojocaru. The work reconstructs the history of Dobrogea through the testimonies of Neculai Milu, focusing on the roots and destiny of families in the region.
