PAOK BC begins tactical preseason training in Metsovo

PAOK BC is currently in Metsovo for the second stage of its preseason training under the direction of coach Andrea Trinchieri. The training sessions are focusing heavily on tactical development to establish the foundation for the new season.

The team's schedule in the region includes two upcoming friendly matches: one against Peristeri Betsson on August 29 and another against Vikos Falcons Ioannina on August 31. The latter match is notable as the home team prepares for its first historic participation in the Greek Basketball League (GBL).

The current squad in Metsovo consists of 16 players, including Gray, Mitrou-Long, Tyree, Alexander, Huggaz, Omoruyi, Hudgins, Kaklamanakis, Foster, Iatridis, Fyllios, Moore, and Manthopoulos, along with youth players Manis, Spanos, and Charalampidis. International players Nikos Kalathis, Nasos Bazinas, Nikos Persidis, and Cedi Osman are expected to join the team following their commitments in the FIBA World Cup qualifiers.
