The amateur sports club PAOK (AS PAOK) has announced that it has received the studies and architectural plans for the construction of the new Toumba stadium. This follows months of close cooperation and document exchanges between the amateur club and the professional football team, PAOK FC.

The current timeline aims to submit the application for a planning permit by the end of 2026. If successful, construction work on the new stadium is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2027.
