PAOK reaches verbal agreement with David Strelec

PAOK has reportedly reached a verbal agreement with Slovakian striker David Strelec regarding his potential transfer. According to English media reports, the Greek club has agreed on the basic terms of the partnership with the 25-year-old international.

The final stage of the deal depends on ongoing negotiations between PAOK and Middlesbrough to determine the transfer formula, which could involve either a permanent move or a loan. Strelec, who has earned 39 caps and scored 10 goals for the Slovakian national team, joined Middlesbrough in September 2025 for approximately €7.5 million.

While a previous injury in June had caused some hesitation regarding the transfer, interest from PAOK has resurfaced as they look to strengthen their attacking line.
