PAOK rejects Borac proposal for EHF European Cup matches

The Greek club PAOK has rejected a proposal from RK Borac to host both legs of their EHF European Cup matchup in Banja Luka. RK Borac officials stated that the proposal was made because PAOK had previously played both matches of their first-round tie in Luxembourg.

According to Aleksandar Kuzmanović of the RK Borac Board of Directors, PAOK declined the arrangement because they do not feel as certain of advancing in this round as they did in their previous matches. Consequently, the matches will be played in separate locations. The first leg is scheduled to take place in Banja Luka on October 17 or 18, while the return leg will be held in Thessaloniki on October 24.
