PAOK signs US volleyball star Akasa Anderson

Greek club PAOK announced the signing of American outside‑hitter Akasa Anderson for the women's volleyball team for the 2026‑27 season. The 22‑year‑old, 1.91 m tall athlete comes from a strong NCAA background, having played for Auburn University, Michigan State University and Purdue University, and made her professional debut with the Columbus Fury in the United States.

Anderson said, "I am very excited to transfer to PAOK. I look forward to playing for PAOK and giving my best for the team," expressing enthusiasm for the move to Thessaloniki. PAOK highlighted her athletic abilities and potential to strengthen the squad.
