PAOK submits transfer offer for Burnley defender Hjalmar Ekdal

PAOK has submitted an official offer to Burnley for Swedish international defender Hjalmar Ekdal. The Greek club is currently negotiating personal terms with the 27-year-old center-back to secure his transfer.

Ekdal, who has 13 appearances for the Swedish national team, joined Burnley in the summer of 2023. He featured in 21 matches for the English club during the previous season. PAOK is reportedly working to finalize the deal before the transfer window closes to strengthen their defensive line.
