Paolo Arillotta appointed UDC provincial commissioner for Reggio Calabria

Salvatore Bulzomì, the regional commissioner of the UDC in Calabria, has appointed lawyer Paolo Arillotta as the new provincial commissioner for Reggio Calabria. This appointment is part of a broader project to reconstruct the party within the province following difficult years.

Arillotta brings extensive political experience to the role, having previously served as a provincial assessor, city councilor in Reggio Calabria, and held various leadership positions within the CDU, DC, and PPI.

The party's immediate political priority is the upcoming by-election for Constituency 5 of the Chamber of Deputies. The UDC has announced its support for the center-right candidate, Fabio Roscioli, aiming to reinforce the current local government's actions in the metropolitan area.
