Paolo Zampolli visits Albania as Trump's special envoy

Paolo Zampolli, the special envoy for President Donald Trump for Global Partnerships, is conducting a visit to Albania. During his trip, Zampolli met with various political, state, and religious figures.

In one meeting, Zampolli met with Armand Duka, President of the Albanian Football Federation, to discuss the role of sports diplomacy in strengthening international relations and promoting Albania's global image. Zampolli also toured the Football House, the federation's modern sports complex.

Zampolli also visited the Bektashi World Headquarters, where discussions focused on a project regarding the so-called ‘Bektashi State’. His visit included meetings with representatives from both the majority and the opposition, though the specific objectives of these political meetings were not clearly defined.

Zampolli, a long-time associate of the Trump family, has faced scrutiny regarding his past in the modeling industry and his connections to Jeffrey Epstein, though he has denied any involvement in criminal activities.
