Papa Johns partners with KM Capital to expand in Mexico

Papa Johns has announced a new franchise partnership with KM Capital, a Mexico-based private investment firm, to drive growth in the Mexican market. As part of this agreement, KM Capital will take over the management of 44 existing Papa Johns restaurants throughout the country.

Mexico is identified as a priority market for Papa Johns International, representing the third-largest pizza market globally and a significant consumer base in Latin America. The partnership aims to expand the brand's footprint through investments in restaurant operations, brand development, and future network growth.

John Matter, global chief development officer at Papa Johns, stated that KM Capital provides the local expertise and strategic mindset necessary for the brand's next phase. Enrique Ruiz Mandujano, founding partner and CEO of KM Capital, expressed enthusiasm for building on the brand's existing foundation to serve more communities across Mexico.
