Papaya Global launches 360 AI for payroll, Paytia rolls out secure AI payment solution

Papaya Global introduced 360 AI, an artificial‑intelligence layer that lets HR, payroll and finance teams query live workforce data in plain language and receive real‑time, structured answers. The service also monitors compliance requests and triggers events automatically, while dedicated expert teams provide on‑site support for payroll, payments and regulatory matters. Customers report up to a 30 % increase in workforce‑operations efficiency.

Paytia unveiled Conversational & AI Payments, a solution that enables AI agents to collect card payments without ever exposing the card details to the language model. The system isolates sensitive data on a PCI DSS Level 1 SecureFlow platform, tokenises the payment information, and returns only a result to the bot, preventing data leakage into chat logs or training data. Paytia, led by CEO Curtis Nash, has processed more than £400 million since 2020 and holds Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
