PapJazz and Jazzèbre festivals announce 2026 programming
The 20th edition of the PapJazz International Jazz Festival in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, is highlighting emerging musical talent through its ‘Scène Découvertes’ program. On September 10, 2026, at the Centre Culturel Caraïbes in Pétion-Ville, four young artists—Family Groove Band, Kerwine Gilles, Playerz, and Steph Le Sauvage—will perform to provide visibility to the new generation of Haitian musicians.
In France, the 38th edition of the Jazzèbre festival is scheduled to run from September 17 to October 11, 2026. Spanning 23 locations across the department, including Perpignan, Alenya, and Port-Vendres, the festival will feature a diverse range of genres. The lineup includes Norwegian folk, jazz performances by artists such as Géraldine Laurent and Louis Sclavis, and music from Souad Massi and the French rock group iAROSS.
