Pappu Yadav criticizes government over democracy and Naxalism comments

Purnia MP Pappu Yadav has issued several political critiques regarding current national issues in India. Speaking in Patna, Yadav claimed that the SIR process has undermined democracy and stripped the Constitution of its fundamental strength.

Addressing the Vande Mataram controversy, Yadav defended the freedom of expression, stating that the BJP attempts to intimidate citizens. He also responded to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s comments on Naxalism, questioning the classification of certain groups as Naxals following recent Gen-Z movements and suggesting that intellectual citizens have been insulted.

Regarding the student protests in Ranchi, Yadav defended Rahul Gandhi’s stance, noting that Gandhi has addressed the matter multiple times and that local authorities have taken action. He also commented on Tejashwi Yadav’s planned march to the Raj Bhavan.
