Various public sector job openings and educational opportunities have been announced across Brazil.

In Rio de Janeiro, RioSaúde is offering 40 temporary positions for generalist nurses, with applications open until October 13. The roles accommodate both 30-hour and 40-hour weekly schedules and are open to recent graduates.

In Rio Grande do Sul, the Court of Justice (TJ-RS) has 30 vacancies for substitute judges, with a salary of R$ 30,505.36. Applicants must have a law degree and at least three years of legal experience.

In Pará, the State Secretariat of Education (Seduc-PA) is conducting a contest for 2,000 positions, including teachers and administrative staff, with salaries reaching up to R$ 5,907.63.

Additionally, the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation’s ‘Futuras Cientistas’ program is offering 470 free spots for high school students and teachers to participate in scientific immersion at major laboratories. Meanwhile, the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) is accepting applications for a distance learning specialization in Environmental Education, offering 150 spots for basic education professionals.
