Sabah leads medal tally at Para SUKMA Selangor 2026

The Para SUKMA Selangor 2026 games are underway, with Sabah currently leading the medal tally with 14 gold, 10 silver, and 12 bronze medals. Sabah's success has been driven by strong performances in para athletics and para swimming.

In archery, Nurqurratu Aini Abdul Wahab of Penang broke both the Para SUKMA and national records with a score of 644 points, surpassing the previous eight-year-old record. Loh Chi Hui also secured a gold medal for Pahang in the women's 70m Round Recurve Individual P.I. 2 event.

Pahang has accumulated 18 medals so far, including three golds, six silvers, and nine bronzes. Other notable gold medalists for Pahang include Mohd Shaari Mohd Jaafar in shot put and Mohamad Abduh Zainuddin in lawn bowls.
