Paraíba Governor Lucas Ribeiro and Deputy Eduardo Carneiro Receive Araruna Citizenship Honors

Governor Lucas Ribeiro was awarded the title of citizen of Araruna on 17 May during a ceremony at the UEPB auditorium. Earlier he toured the Pedra da Boca road, a project the governor said will boost tourism and development in the region. He highlighted his family ties to the municipality and pledged continued support.

The following day, state deputy Eduardo Carneiro received the same Araruna citizenship honor in a session of the municipal chamber. The ceremony brought together state and local officials, including Governor Ribeiro, Araruna mayor Availdo Azevedo, and federal deputy Aguinaldo Ribeiro. Deputy Carneiro thanked the municipality and reaffirmed his commitment to furthering Araruna’s development.
