Paraíba prison administration denies Hytalo Santos used cell phone

The Paraíba State Secretariat of Penitentiary Administration (Seap-PB) has issued a formal statement denying rumors that influencer Hytalo Santos used a cell phone while incarcerated at the Desembargador Flósculo da Nóbrega Penitentiary in João Pessoa.

In the comunicado, the agency stated that reports regarding the alleged use of a mobile device within the LGBTQIA+ cell “do not proceed.” Seap-PB emphasized that the facility conducts regular patrols and inspection procedures in accordance with established security protocols to prevent the entry and use of illicit materials, including cell phones.

Hytalo Santos has been in custody since August 2025 following a preventive arrest in São Paulo related to allegations of sexual exploitation of adolescents.
